What is knowledge management?

It is difficult to define knowledge management, if we do not have a strong idea that knowledge. Before identifying needs in the field of knowledge management for effective definition of knowledge first, that we’ll discuss later. But first, we can define the knowledge management as an activity which has two main objectives in the business. The first task is to gather knowledge that is essential for business and has a direct problem with the business strategy, policies and practices of the organization at all levels. The second purpose of knowledge management for the smart card S assets of the organization that makes these huge corporate information available and to share best practices, based on technology that enables higher functionality, including intranet and teamwork.
